MAHIR – TERMS OF USE

The Mahir Platform is operated by:

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by:

• These Terms of Use
• The Master Services Agreement ("MSA")
• The Client Agreement or Freelancer Agreement (as applicable)
• The Privacy Policy

If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

You may use the Platform only if you:

• Are at least 18 years old
• Have legal capacity to contract under applicable law
• Are not located in or associated with sanctioned jurisdictions
• Are not subject to applicable sanctions restrictions

Mahir may suspend or terminate access for misrepresentation.

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
• All activity conducted under their account

You must provide accurate and complete information.

Mahir is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Mahir provides a technology platform that enables Clients and Freelancers to connect and enter into Service Contracts.

Mahir:

• Is not a party to Service Contracts
• Does not provide legal or professional services
• Does not supervise or control work performed
• Does not guarantee outcomes

Mahir is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Users agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Misrepresent identity, qualifications, or authority
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Upload or transmit harmful code or content
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
• Attempt to bypass Platform systems or controls

Mahir may take action, including suspension or termination, for violations.

Services available through the Platform are provided by independent Freelancers.

Mahir:

• Does not endorse or guarantee any Freelancer
• Does not verify credentials unless explicitly stated
• Is not responsible for the quality or legality of services

Users are solely responsible for evaluating and engaging service providers.

Use of the Platform does not create:

• An attorney-client relationship with Mahir
• Any fiduciary relationship with Mahir

Communications through the Platform may not be protected by attorney-client privilege unless independently established between Users.

Mahir may suspend or terminate access to the Platform:

• For breach of these Terms or related agreements
• For regulatory, legal, or risk-related reasons
• To protect the integrity of the Platform

Users may stop using the Platform at any time.

The Platform relies on third-party providers, including payment processors.

Mahir is not responsible for:

• Failures or delays of third-party services
• Actions of payment processors or financial institutions

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Platform is provided "as is"
• Mahir is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Mahir does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation

Further limitations are set out in the MSA.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Mahir may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes become effective upon posting.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance.

These Terms form part of the Mahir legal framework.

In the event of conflict:

1. Client Agreement or Freelancer Agreement (as applicable)
2. Master Services Agreement
3. These Terms of Use

Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Individuals under the age of 18 may not register as users of the Platform and may not transact through the Platform.

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
