MAHIR REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mahir may reward eligible users for referring:

• Clients (businesses or customers purchasing services through Mahir); and/or
• Freelancers (independent professionals providing services through Mahir).

Referral rewards are subject to verification, fraud checks, platform compliance requirements, and these Terms.

A Referrer may receive a reward equal to:

• 1% of the referred client's eligible project payments made through Mahir,

subject to a maximum total reward of:

• AED 500 per referred client.

Rewards stop automatically once the AED 500 cap is reached for that referred client.

Only successfully completed and paid transactions processed through Mahir are eligible.

Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, reversed, or unpaid transactions do not qualify.

A Referrer may receive a reward equal to:

• 1% of the referred freelancer's net earnings through Mahir,

subject to a maximum total reward of:

• AED 500 per referred freelancer.

"Net earnings" means amounts actually earned by the freelancer after refunds, reversals, disputes, platform fees, penalties, and adjustments.

Rewards stop automatically once the AED 500 cap is reached for that referred freelancer.

To qualify for referral rewards:

• The referred user must be a new Mahir user not previously registered on the platform.
• The referral must be tracked through Mahir's designated referral system, referral code, or referral link.
• Mahir may require identity verification, business verification, or compliance checks before issuing rewards.
• Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.

Referral rewards:

• are issued only after the underlying transaction is successfully completed and no longer subject to reversal or refund risk;
• may be delayed for fraud review, payment processing, or compliance verification;
• may be withheld if suspicious, abusive, misleading, or fraudulent activity is detected.

Mahir reserves the right to determine reward eligibility at its sole discretion.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Fake accounts or duplicate registrations;
• Self-referrals;
• Misleading advertising or impersonation;
• Spam, unsolicited messaging, or unlawful promotion;
• Artificial transaction generation;
• Any activity intended to manipulate the referral system.

Violation of these Terms may result in reward cancellation, account suspension, or permanent removal from the referral program.

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or governmental fees arising from referral rewards received through the program.

Mahir may:

• modify these Terms;
• change reward percentages or limits;
• suspend or terminate the referral program;
• reject or reverse rewards;

at any time, with or without prior notice.

Participation in the referral program does not create any employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between the participant and Mahir.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mahir shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the referral program.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
